PeoplePlus Software was founded by Supply Chain and manufacturing experts. Senior
Management team has significant experience working with a variety of applications
and industries supporting Supply chain and Manufacturing operations.
ASHWANI NARULA – PRESIDENT and CEO
Ashwani Narula has over 25 years of experience in the Business Services sector,
business process consulting, project management and is a serial entrepreneur. Mr.
Narula launched PeoplePlus, based out of Michigan and has been its founder-President
and CEO since inception. He is also the founder of NetXert Inc., a software development
and systems integration company, was a co-founder and Vice President at Megasys
Software Services, Inc.
VIVEK WADEKAR– COO
Vivek Wadekar has 22 years of experience working with leading IT services companies
like CSC, Cognizant Technology Solutions, HCL Technologies and Tata Consultancy
Services. Mr. Wadekar has played senior management roles in these organizations
with increasing responsibilities. Mr. Wadekar has earned Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
& Electronics engineering from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, India.
DENNIS PIEPER - CTO
Dennis Pieper has been the CTO of PeoplePlus since inception. He has a proven track
record in managing technology development teams and conceptualizing and directing
the development of business-driven technology solutions. Mr. Pieper has over 30
years experience architecting and implementing for Supply Chain solutions in variety
of companies and industries including University of Michigan, Ford, John Deere,
CUMMINs and GE.
